Return and Exchange Policy

Overview

Our return and exchange policy must occur within 30 days from receipt of your order.  If it has passed 30 days from receipt of your order, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To complete your return or exchange, you must receive a Return Authorization Number.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must not be personalized with an association logo, name or number, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at support@owhaapparel.ca with a picture of the issue and describing your concerns.

Once your return or exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.   Your refund or exchange will be processed at that time.  The credit will be applied to your credit card and you will receive an email receipt of the credit.

Cancelations

Once you confirm your order, your order will put into production.  Due to the quick turnaround for each order we are unable to cancel orders.
